Last 3 games
Is a player rising or falling right now? Every player page compares his last 3 games with his season averages, for points, PIR and minutes.
How to read it
- The block appears once a player has played at least 4 games.
- Points and PIR turn green or red when the last 3 games are more than 1 above or below the season average. Minutes turn green or red when the gap is more than 2. Otherwise the number stays dark.
- The label depends on points and PIR only. Heating up or Cooling down needs both to move the same way. Steady means both are in line with the season. Mixed means they do not agree.
- Minutes do not change the label.
- With only 3 games, one big game moves the numbers a lot.
The four labels, with real examples

19.7 points and 25.0 PIR over his last 3 games, both above his season averages of 17.1 and 20.6.
8.0 points and 6.3 PIR over his last 3 games, both below his season averages of 13.2 and 13.8.
14.7 points and 11.7 PIR over his last 3 games, in line with his season averages of 15.0 and 11.2.
18.7 points, in line with his season 18.2, but 20.3 PIR, below his season 22.3. Points and PIR do not agree, so the label is Mixed. His minutes are up (29.9 against 26.6), which does not change the label.
